Jeffrey Hobgood has over 18 years of real estate experience exclusive to the Southern California market. He joined Sotheby’s International Realty in 2001 and specializes in single-family residences, luxury condo buildings, new developments, and residential income properties throughout the Los Angeles area including West Hollywood, Century City, West LA, Beverly Hills, Sunset Strip, Hollywood, and Los Feliz.

Jeffrey has helped residential developers throughout the Los Angeles area with pricing and has actively sold and been an exclusive representative of some of the finest new developments in Los Angeles including Beverly West, developed by EMAAR (pricing from $2-23 million), Legendary Century City (pricing from $500,000-$1.3 million), and The Hollywood (pricing from $500,000-$1.3 million). He has sold most of the recent sold units and set record prices in the coveted full-service building in West Hollywood right across the street from Beverly Hills, Doheny Plaza at 818 Doheny Drive (pricing from $900,000-$2.5 million) and has sold in The Broadway at Hollywood and Vine (pricing from $500,000-$1+ million), Sierra Towers (pricing from mid-$1-$9 million), Empire West (pricing from just under $1-4 million), Fountainview (pricing from $500,000-$1 million), and many more condo buildings throughout Los Angeles.
